Shipping policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email.

Once shipped, a confirmation email and/or message will be provided.

Standard Delivery

We offer standard delivery only, with an estimated delivery time of minimally 3 business days depending on your location.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Confirmation & Contact

On the day of delivery or a day prior, we will confirm the delivery time and location and provide contact details for any inquiries.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact them. If unsuccessful, doorstep delivery will be done and photos will be sent on where the product has been placed. An automatic consent will be done if recipient is unable to sign off on the delivery.

Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided. We are not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect address details.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship internationally.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please inform the deliveryman before signing the consent forms. Do refer to the Refund Policy for more information here.
