Refund policy
At One Giant Rose, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our floral masterpieces. We strive to ensure that every bouquet arrives in pristine condition.
Upon delivery, we strongly encourage the recipient to inspect the bouquet immediately. If the bouquet does not meet our quality standards, you may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- The recipient must notify us immediately upon receiving the bouquet if there are any defects, damages, or concerns about its quality.
- To request a return, refund, or exchange, please contact us at onegiantrose@gmail.com with photos of the bouquet and a brief explanation of the issue.
- If the recipient confirms acceptance (either verbally, in writing, or through a representative) that the bouquet is in good condition, they will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- If no one is present to receive the bouquet at the specified delivery location, the order will be considered successfully delivered and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Exchange Process
- If your bouquet arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange for a new bouquet of the same design.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the same bouquet is not available, we may offer an alternative of equal value.
- The original bouquet must be returned to us before the exchange is processed.
Refund Process
- If your refund request is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Refunds will only be issued after we have reviewed the reported issue and confirmed the bouquet did not meet our quality standards.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received it, please contact us at onegiantrose@gmail.com.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the delicate nature of floral arrangements, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a bouquet has been acknowledged as being in good condition.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
